As a freight forwarding company with extensive experience in international logistics, we also specialize in providing efficient, safe, and professional vehicle export solutions for automotive manufacturers, traders, and 4S dealers—both domestic and international. Whether you are exporting new cars, used cars, conventional fuel vehicles, or new energy vehicles (battery electric or hybrid), we offer flexible transportation options including container loading (from one-in-one to four-in-one) and Roll-on/Roll-off (Ro-Ro) shipping, helping your vehicles reach global markets smoothly.

Roll-on/Roll-off (Ro-Ro)

Roll-on/Roll-off vessels are specially designed for the transportation of vehicles. Cars can be driven directly onto and off the ship, offering convenient handling and lower costs. This method is ideal for large-volume exports such as sedans, SUVs, trucks, and construction machinery.

Advantages:

Vehicles can be loaded and unloaded via ramps, significantly improving efficiency and reducing dwell time at ports.

No special dock equipment like cranes is required due to the unique design of Ro-Ro ships, lowering handling costs.

The Ro-Ro process is well-established, offering low risk and reliable service for customers.

Limitations:

Ro-Ro routes are generally fixed, which may not meet the needs of clients requiring more flexible shipping directions.

To ensure safety and service quality, Ro-Ro has strict requirements regarding the age and mileage of transported vehicles. Some vehicles that do not meet these criteria may not qualify for this transport mode, limiting its applicability.

Full Container Load (FCL) Transport

Depending on the size, quantity, and budget of the vehicles, we offer various container loading options—from one car per container to up to four cars in a single container. This method is particularly suitable for high-end vehicles and small-batch shipments. We have professional loading and securing teams at port warehouses to ensure safe and standardized container operations.

(1) One-in-One: One car loaded into a 20GP container

(2) Two-in-One: Two cars placed side-by-side in a 40HQ container

(3) Three-in-One: Two cars side-by-side with the third elevated (or the first car elevated)

(4) Four-in-One: Four cars arranged with two on the bottom and two lifted and staggered on top

Advantages:

Leveraging a mature international shipping network, we offer diverse route options to meet various destination requirements.

Compared to bulk transport methods like Ro-Ro, container transport is better suited for small-to-medium volume shipments, offering greater flexibility.

Transportation plans and container configurations can be adjusted based on actual orders, vehicle types, and port conditions.

Limitations:

Multi-car container loading requires specialized equipment and experienced handling teams to ensure safe operations.

Due to the nature of lithium batteries, new energy vehicles typically need to be declared as Class 9 dangerous goods, increasing compliance requirements and transportation costs (e.g., MSDS, transport certification, UN reports; maritime supervision during container loading).

Different countries have varying import declaration and inspection procedures for complete vehicles, which may lead to customs delays or additional expenses.

For complex loadings such as three-in-one or four-in-one, the use of specialized frames, reinforcement measures, and manual labor increases overall transportation costs.
